pgol

pgolAs someone once said, one doesn't go broke making a profit.
I have recently done a detailed review of the sec filed annual report and two things worry me.
1) there was a purchase of a vanadium royalty for 300 k from a related party .This royalty is on some oil sand leases in Canada .Given the current value of oil I  can't see this ever being produced(the Vanadium) and it may very well be worthless.
2)The series A preferred shares ,290,000 of them ,all owned by Trevor purchased for 14,500$ ,each one has the right attached for 100 voting shares ie 29 million votes ,plus 20 million shares owned equals majority voting control .
3) Mr coates is 79 yrs old and Trevor is 50.
That said pgol is highly profitable.
