Heads up - this company is going to zero.  I called the company phone number from website and the IR guy who answered said he submitted his resignation months ago and the company has yet to update their website with a new IR contact.  This individual is promoting a different zink company he works for and said he would stay away from ZNK since the ZNK board has totaly neglected this company.  I am not sure why a consolidation is being proposed as this is clearly a zero but perhaps they want to postpone the inevitible outcome for some reason in order to remain listed for a while longer?? Collecting big director salaries???  STAY AWAY

So for you no more lottery ticket MoparHellcat ? Only time will tell once they announce PP. Some board will try to get this down and eventually it will go down that's how market works on fear. If they wanted to drop price than why rollover so fast. They announce news on last Friday and apply rollover end of the day Monday. I am in thinking that something big will happen here.
