A private placement can only be done for 20-25% below the current trading price – The stock sat between 16 and 17 cents for the most of the month of December - The Company reserved the .135 pp price at that time.
Stocks were swimming in red today but it was a good day for myself and others – We all know PKG has some major announcements and huge deals coming up shortly – Was a great day to pick up some more discounted shares. PKG will be trading over a dollar soon – very soon. GL ALL
I absolutely agree with you! This company is locked and loaded, ready to fire. If it keeps dipping, there are plenty of investors waiting to pick up. Some praying it drops more. When the announcement comes that we are waiting for, it’s off to the races and no looking back. Dollars for sure in my opinion!
