Holy Fhuck people! WTF do you mean they could sell anytime? There’s a 4 month hold. Trading 101 people. The 2nd part of the tranche ( 11.3 million shares ) come free trading on Feb 25th 2018. Why is it so hard for you people to understand this. The only selling of the pp that has been done so far was the first tranche ( 2 million shares ). So on or around February 25th there will be 11.3 million new shares to market that people paid 5 cents for plus .075 warrants.
