"he improperly prepared and added a new work paper to the audit documentation, backdated his sign-off and the engagement quality reviewer’s sign-off on the new work paper, and deleted a work paper from the audit documentation. Turner then provided the audit file to PCAOB inspectors without disclosing that it had been altered. When PCAOB inspectors asked about the new work paper, Turner acknowledged his conduct only in part and provided additional misleading information."

Geez, if I was Rich Wheeless I would have sourced a Canadian firm in a nearby B.C city so that either myself or other company leaders could establish a rapport with the accounting staff via local meetings? IMO this is how an accounting firm can gain a true understanding of the business objectives outside of just numbers.
Also, ParcelPal's current web page leads me to believe that the company is moving away from Logistics for 2024 and beyond. Guess the company is predicting a Canadian financial breakdown like many Canadian economists. Perhaps we'll gain a better understanding once the company website is updated.
Either way, it appears the company has admitted the Logistics component the business will still be a financial drain. This is disapointing as it demonstrated the foundation for Rich's abilities, hence why I am not jumping for joy over the AnyMining project. Rich tossed out some $exy numbers, however, those are only for if and when the AntMining component is fully operatonal. As I stated in the past, one just doesn't just plug these AnyMiner's in to a network switch, flip them on and expect them to communicate and function wiithout flaws. That component of the business model won't be fully productive for some time - especially if they are going to be powered by Green Tech.
