I remember a while ago seeing over 100 jobs posted for work at Parcel Pal and I took it as a good sign.  Now those ads for entry level positions are still there and over a month old.

This concerns me, to me it's a sign they aren't growing as fast as they thought they were and have had to hold off hiring.

Anyone know of anything or have any insights as to why these job ads are still up?

You guys are thinking to hard on the job postings. pkg is growing business they will have the ads up for months and months. Even when they fill there required positions they will need to fill the spots of quiters/firies and then they will be expanding for along time. I run 2 floating restaurants in Nanaimo and are job postings are up for half the season. Full season is 6 months.  Relax

thanks for insight.  didn't think that the job posting might be for ongoing or multiple positions with same description.   still curious if that is actually the case with all of them though.  will wait and see i guess.

I agree with jimbocat on some type of parcel pal logo on cars and a parcel pal shirt for drivers. Hell throw in a cheap fridge magnet as well for customers. These steps for advertising are no Brainers. Come on parcel pal. Advertise yourself.
