Part of a sentence in the news release says " the Company can now revise and limit the amount of the private placement financing required to allow it to close the LongKey acquisition to a minimum of $500,000 and a maximum of $800,000, which the Company expects to close concurrent to its listing on the CSE on October 23, 2015.
Does this mean for between $500,000 and $800,000 Peak can acquire 100% of Lonkey. Or is this the revised amount to acquire 51% of Lonkey.
