Although it may take some time to get ASFC fully up and running, I wouldn't be surprised if an ageement or LOI with a financial institution will be announced already this afternoon.

We know that some of the transactions on AST have been deferred since Q4 pending the implementation of ASFC, so it's of great importance to have it set up ASAP ...!!
