And with regard to shares, he actually offered up a large chunk of his warrants to make the December 2017 debenture happen in order for ASFC to get started in May 2018... So he was not exactly the negative force you describe him as...

But yeah, ultimately, get with the NOW... Plenty more happening with Peak...
