RE:RE:250k shares and $7500 per month for what exactly?Research Report and Target Price were already theoretically in the works before this Mackie arrangement was made... Peak strongly suggested their Analyst Report ( originally expected in October before recent acquisition prompted adjustments ) will be delivered before end of January... 

I think Mackie's primary focus / intent will be to achieve your third concern ( "support in the marketplace" )... 

Cathy ( IR ) has suggested to me that another investment firm is also currently being pursued for similar purposes, and she expects the upcoming Analyst Report and NEW Revenue Forecasts will be helpful in pusuing ALL levels of fresh investment in Peak...
