RE:RE:Detailed January monthly report outiscfa... your numbers are a BIT off ( one example being the 14M shares from the recent PP - those are NOT additional / new shares - Golden offered those up from his holdings )...

But YES, the total count is basically at 1B now...

Thankfully, 2020 will very likely be the last year Peak needs to do PPs... Guessing soon enough, we’ll hear news about Repatriating funds back to Canada ( management already suggested efforts would be made in the near-ish future )...

I know you’re a doubter, but I believe we’re finally seeing a Slow Down ( and eventual Full Stop ) in further dilution...
