RE:RE:RE:New Revenue Projections TUESDAY ( 2020 / 2021 / 2022 )I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to see MUCH LESS dilution going forward... Peak management are just as interested in keeping share count down as anyone... And thankfully, now that they're increasing revenue at a respectable rate, the company should SOON be in a position to seek out NON-dilutive financing solutions... 

I agree it's possible in the near term ( perhaps the count hits 1.1B ? ), but I'll be surprised if it goes beyond that... Couple more quarters ( even if Q1 this year is a bit "flat" by comparison to the upswing we've seen so far ), should prove they're on solid footing...

Certainly enough to negotiate BETTER terms than what another Private Placement would provide... 

That's just ME though... I'm optimistic Peak will get a bit more creative as they work towards funding urther expansion of the business...
