RE:RE:NON-Dilutive FinancingAnalyst Report puts the fully diluted share count at 1.035 Billion ( but that's just splitting hairs - your 1.025 B is close enough )...

I get it... When it comes to dilution, you're watching Peak like a hawk...

I just think your 1.5 Billion prediction is WAY beyond what will be necessary before the company is able to find better ( non-dilutive ) ways to finance their near future expansion plans...

And that paragraph in the February report makes it pretty clear it's on THEIR minds too...

Regarding your "Form 7" post, I'm guessing you LIKE that part of the report... I certainly do...

Given the continued concern around the Coronavirus, I'm grateful that Peak can now be associated with that difficult situation in a PRODUCTIVE way...

I don't know how long you've been invested in PKK, but I'm nearing 5 years... 

Quite the experience... ( ha )
