I know you're one of the longer term Peak investors, so you should already have a pretty good grasp on the trajectory here... Given the projections for 2020 and beyond, it seems pretty reasonable to expect this $10M financing COULD be the last time it's necessary...
Next few weeks should bring a bit more "official" clarity for everyone ( direct word from Peak themselves )... I agree it would be great if they'd firmly declare they are DONE with cash-raising, but even if that's true, I wouldn't hold your breath for absolute reassurance from them right now...
Never the less, SP is inching up for good reason, jermiah777... I don't expect miraculous spikes into double digits ( or at least not any time soon ), but the market does seem to recognize this latest arrangement as encouraging...
