Not sure current management is capable of turning it around without a change, business has potential, but seems the team is inexeperienced with capital markets.  



How's the CEO bad? And who do you think should replace him? All three of your good points go straight back to him. You know he's the creator and CEO of Cubeler right? The debt raises are good or else the equity dilution would be worse. Can't really disagree with the ugly part. Except most every CSE/TSXV listing that's been around longer for 5 years either has a bloated share count or undergone one or more reverse splits. I don't see how the expectation should be different here.
