That gesture went towards a private placement raising funds for the Jinxiaoer acquistion ( see NR on Peak website from February 5th )...
Somewhere, there's a more detailed explanantion of how Golden's participation worked, but my point is this was NOT an insider expressing doubt in the business ( as you are suggesting )...
I DO agree that the last couple years have been super DRY in terms of Insider Buying...
I've been given some semi-reasonable justifications for that, but I continue to politely nudge Peak management to back up their confident words with buying...
