The new BDC deal was first mentioned in the Oct. 2020 Progress Report (covering September 2020). It stated Peak had just entertained "preliminary discussions" with BDC about it.
Only two months later, the deal is done, implemented and they are already processing transactions...
Which means generating revenue.
That's cream, not "fluff."
