Never a T12 halt was reinstall NASDAQ in history

If and when the new - 8 - Form 40-F is declared effective by the SEC, Tenet intends to eventually contact the NASDAQ to have its Common Shares reinstated for trading on the NASDAQ.

If I read corectly they are not in contact anymore with NASDAQ
