2nd tranche is at 11 cents. Ouch!!People got excited yesterday when it was leaked that another TRANCHE was finalized . Everyone probably thought the price would be the same, 14 cents and the shares took off. It was a stampede. FOMO!! 

Well, no one missed out. 
I'm staying away.
