Warrants trsding at $2.92, multiply times 2 = $5.84 add $3.50 =$9.34, shares trading at $9.96. What am I missing in that there is a negative premium on the warrants?

I'm still confused, but you can be sure there's no free money sitting there. bottom line is if they cost 3.50 before the split they now cost 7.00 and there is half as many. thats how I see it anyways. Maybe that you only get 0.5 warrants  when you pay for what seems to be one warrant.Aka the "exchange basis" Best to phone a broker or ask investor relations.
