If you're a NON believer yes, you won't be comforted.  Investors these days need some serious ritalin for their ADHD.  Somebody makes sh!t up and the children buzz on to the next toy.  As the numbers keep going up it should help to put the BS to sleep, and then the SP should recover ina nice way.  These investors operate like they are running away from mosquitoes at the
