Meanwhile back at Sangster International Airport...I took a week off from this board and in general in the hopes that my absences would someone encourage some on here to read my previous posts regarding this company and make what might very well be a huge financial decision.
I also took a break from here to avoid the charge of "pumping". I don't really like that term and I'm not one of those guys who likes something just because I have it.
Tomorrow, the Supreme Court of Florida is [widely expected] to rule on whether or not recretional marijuana [as opposed to medical which is ALREADY 100% legal in the state provided that it is prescribed to you by one of "just" 2500 Doctors that have the certification to make such a prescription. Recreational marijuana, for Florida, is as big a cannabis event as you can possibly imagine. Florida is THE US Growth State, and I would suggest that we likely get a [material] ruling on Florida's going recreational before the US DEA de-schedules marijunana to Level 3 on the controlled substances list.
Therefore, in addition to position cannabis news in General, P13s closure of Vidican, which takes them from NO MATERIAL Florida exposure to 9th biggest dispensary operator in the state, is without a shadow of the doubt the biggest news event for this company.
If you are a cannabis executive, and a strong majority of your overall growth strategy does not include Florida, then I'm sorry but you are toast.
P13 knew this and those getting in on the action sub a dollar are going to look like STARs in the fall.
Just be thankful that I am posting here while waiting for a flight...
