RE:RE:Another Publicity Stunt?

RE:RE:Another Publicity Stunt?badog please read carefully:

Summary: ALL companies with COVID-19 products have similar disclaimers as Predictmedix does – “legal boiler plate text” is what it is referred to so don’t get hung up on that. It’s a non-issue … for all companies.

Vaccines are one tool in the fight against COVID-19 and yet all (at least in North America) are NOT APPROVED BY THE FDA OR HEALTH CANADA. Let that sink in. They are only accessible via EUA and you can read more about that below. Stunning eh? We are jabbing people and these drugs are not yet approved but given the urgency of the pandemic situation they are approved for distribution but only under EUA, which btw, can be removed at any time and then these vaccines can no longer be shipped and will have to wait for formal FDA and HC approval.

You’ve probably heard of the Moderna vaccine already being used around the world. Read their disclaimer
https://investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/news-release-details/moderna-announces-primary-efficacy-analysis-phase-3-cove-study After reading that do you really think their vaccine works or are they compelled to put that legal jargon in? Here’s a quick snip from it: The forward-looking statements in this press release are neither promises nor guarantees, and you should not place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements The first COVID-19 vaccines are being used under Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Many other vaccines are still being developed and tested.

https://www.fda.gov/emergency-preparedness-and-response/mcm-legal-regulatory-and-policy-framework/emergency-use-authorization About Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) The Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) authority allows FDA to help strengthen the nation’s public health protections against CBRN threats by facilitating the availability and use of MCMs needed during public health emergencies. Under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), the FDA Commissioner may allow unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by CBRN threat agents when there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives. Mandatory vaccination protocols, however, may not happen until the FDA formally approves the vaccines and grants Pfizer and BioNTech or Moderna a license to sell them, which will take several more months of data to show their safety and effectiveness. “An emergency use authorization is not a license,” said Reiss. “There’s a legal question as to whether you can mandate an emergency observation. The language in the act is somewhat unclear on that.” https://www.cnbc.com/2020/12/16/covid-vaccine-side-effects-compensation-lawsuit.html If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law. The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines. “It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“ You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/coronavirus-pfizer-vaccine-legal-indemnity-safety-ministers-b1765124.html
