Waiting on Akmetals
Yes this is a very difficult time for Pasinex. However, we are working very hard to get some appropriate resolution with Akmetal. It is not easy because they see the issue very differently to us but I believe we will prevail.
We are very concerned for our shareholders and we want to not only work our way through this problem but give the company a strong future again. This is our focus. Unfortunately the answer is not easy and may come in several steps. I should also note that we are very aware of our legal position with respect to Akmetal but we have continued to try to have a negotiated settlement with them.
