RE:Lawsuit? Solargram/Captiva ?

RE:Lawsuit? Solargram/Captiva ? I have been in contact with certain people from Solargram and as you can imagine they are (as they should) staying tight lipped about the lawsuit. I have been tracking the court case and will update when I see it back on the docket.
It is not just LeBlanc and Wood that are fighting for the same rights you want but also for 40+ friends, family and associates they were brought into the PWR fold.
Solargram saw how Ciachurski was working to pull the rug out from underneath their $4M+ in investments and had no choice but move ahead with the suit.
If they hadn't you would be sitting here with nothing.
If there is any profit coming out of the operations currently I'm sure they are being accounted for and this will all be part of the settlement negotiations.
Jeff's new Swiss investors have purchased both GRB and PWR shares lately. and Jeff has stated the JV is still in place.
I would suspect some dilution may be occurring from the 50/50 split but negletibile at best currently.
Patience is in the cards, in my opinion.
Cheers
