RE:RE:RE:RE:Hi Ho, Hi Ho It's off to Court We GoI received the Notice of Motion for tomorrow's court date in New Brunswick. The "Readers Digest" version is basically that Solargram Farms wants the court to force Captiva Verde and Jeff Ciachurski to move on to evidential discovery. Two years ago the initial lawsuit was filed. Within six months all evidence that was available was submitted. Jeff and their lawyers stated there was more documents available that had not been submitted but nothing to substantiate their existence. Solargram wants to move on with the case. It has been 18 months with nothing happening. In my personal opinion this was merely a delay tactic that is utilized to make things go away over time. Lots of evidentiary documents available but I'm not getting into that. See what the judge says.
