I received the Notice of Motion for tomorrow's court date in New Brunswick. The "Readers Digest" version is basically that Solargram Farms wants the court to force Captiva Verde and Jeff Ciachurski to move on to evidential discovery. Two years ago the initial lawsuit was filed. Within six months all evidence that was available was submitted. Jeff and their lawyers stated there was

The other lawsuit (brought by the Martins) is in respect to how they were working as construction managers for the Solargram Farm buildout but in April 2020 finances started getting tight, they were owed $455,000 (or so) in invoices and were asked if they would take the monies owing in shares. They were told the shares value should be going up to $2-$3 per share in the near future. Unfortunately

So it appears that Round 1 of the lawsuit has gone in favour of Solargram Farms. Captiva/Ciachurski's motion for additional documents was quashed by the judge (including charging them $1500 in fees) and they have been told to move on to examinations of Discovery for both parties. In particular examination of Anthony Balic and Jeff Ciachurski for Captiva + Solargram Farms and Len Wood. All this

Very Curious how we can benefit from either side winning?  If solargarm wins, I hiighly doubt they will come back to all the poeple who thought they were investing in them, yet got dupped. They appear to be making money year after year growing successful crops with nothing coming our way.  If Captiva wins, do we get the whole operation?   Anyone have any insight.
