RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hi Ho, Hi Ho It's off to Court We GoSo it appears that Round 1 of the lawsuit has gone in favour of Solargram Farms. Captiva/Ciachurski's motion for additional documents was quashed by the judge (including charging them $1500 in fees) and they have been told to move on to examinations of Discovery for both parties. In particular examination of Anthony Balic and Jeff Ciachurski for Captiva + Solargram Farms and Len Wood. All this is supposed to occur on June 3rd 2024.
