Sage Ranch goes to the Planning and Zoning Commission of Tehachapi July 12. Staff has recommended approval. Just to refresh your collective memories...it's a 1,000 unit project, in a housing starved region, with virtually no land lot cost (It was bought for pennies on the dollar). Since CV owns half, it could produce a windfall for PWR. Stay tuned.
