Shareholders Were Kept In The Dark
Right or wrong shareholders were kept in the dark for a long time and this is wrong wrong wrong.
Well this is a real merkey saga. Management has kept shareholders totally in the dark for a long time until this lawsuit surfaced which exemplifies the shaddy behaviour. Sounds like this will be a real drag out fight for a long time that won't be settled by an out of court settlement.
When the financials came out previously on more than one occasion I asked why there was no revenue posted. This glaring fact kept me away.
