Update Needed

The stock is cratering due to lawsuit fears and the lack of any reported material progress.  Maybe we will get the promised comprehensive review after the court hearing on 12/7?

Here are some of my questions:

Jeff suggested on the GRB board that Captiva doesn't have the $ to build Sage Ranch and earn its 50% interest in that project.  If that is the case, Captiva shareholders should know.

PP's and attempted takeover by Solargram operators begs the question of what happened to last year's harvest that was supposed to bring in so much money  to fuel growth?  The 10/19/21 press release raises more questions than it answered. Why not name the "LP" that is processing (pirating?) our crop?  How did things get so messed up there?  Can't we just hire Blackwater to evict these squatters from our property and take the crop back? Have the squatters paid off local law enforcement officials?

No news from Mexico is also stoking fears.  Last press release that mentioned Mexico was 8 months ago on 4/5/21:
"Mexico

The Company previously announced a contract with the Mexico Health Care Workers Union, to supply up to US $139 Million of health and wellness products per year. The launch product is 360,000 bottles of a natural, immune boosting stimulant. This launch product is a superior product to what is currently being sold online in the US for US $16 per bottle, plus $12 per bottle shipping. We anticipate the final sales price to the union at US$13 to US$14 per bottle. There are three additional products ready for market after the initial launch above."
What happened to the union contract and the mushroom facility that was under construction? What happened to the medicinal drug license we were going to acquire so we could sell MJ and mushroom medicinals to the Union members?

All good questions but you wont get an answer here from Jeff. Guy has put this stock in the dumps.

Jeff literally gave a lengthy reply here a few weeks ago, what are you even talking about?

A reply after over 6 months of zero news and us asking questions on here the whole time. Very thin on detail as well and the actual tough questions are never answered as well.  He mentioned on GRB board that Captiva will not have the funds to be able to meet its contractual obligations for funding the Real estate development and will likely have about 25% at most of that deal. We have not ...more

Also the Mexico operation.  PWR has spent nearly 1M USD in Mexico and signed a 140M contract with the Mexico Health Union.  However there's no updates after that.   We need an update.
