JEFF please explain how PWR fits into sage.. they had undivisible title to 50% then no title and 50% profit?

have they been cut out completely now?

if so why they debt settlement... shouldnt they get title back if they paiid the debt?

At this point, I think shareholders should consider passing a vote again come the AGM.
