People may get impatient and dump their holdings tanking ths share price... news flash Roger doesn't give a shtt hes in it for another 10 years, he doesnt want to pump a share price when he wants to be accumulating shares and paying himself in the form of DSU at each dividend. He knows he can consume much larger portions of the pie if the share price stays deflated. 

He is also just being cost effective. At the end of the day if he is making money then it will be reported and audited, the share price will eventually reflect all the major gains they have had. Roger is a small cap king, I am sure he is doing well with money during these times. I for one hope he has been liquidating and sitting on at least 25% cash right now, too much money being made by retail side. It never ends well.
