RE:RE:The NAV/sh....

RE:RE:The NAV/sh....Yes   I sold my ELC as well.   thought it was trading at too much of a premium (nice to have a premium to NAV)  Although it'll likely improve now that gold is starting to move agian.  Although, going forward, I prefer to hand pick my own gold equities.

BLR  Blackhawk.  is an interesting comparable to QCA.. Also an investment Co. mainly  in the Cannabis space.

CLR just released full years earnings.  Lost $ 2m in the last Qtr. Protfolio about $ 6M now.

As of march 31 they reported a NAV of .37/sh.  The 2 Million dollar loss would have hammered the NAV/sh way down (likely into the twenties).  I looked at their NR's and it looks like they decided to stop reporting the NAV/sh.

But get this.

Their stock trades at .70 today.  Likely a premium of well over 2:1  (SP to NAV)...

Vs. QCA which is exactly the opposite.  SP = 1/2 NAV/sh or at a substantial discouont.

Were QCA to trade like BLR the sp would be over .60 today.

Roger that.
