Come on Roger.....

It has been a while since I have checked in and I am little shocked a Harvard Graduate would run his company like this, or am I ? I am honestly a pretty level headed guy......

On the Quinsam website there hasn't been any news since Aug 2021, and the investment section hasn't been updated since Sept 2020. (18 Months) Come on Roger, you even have people that could do this for you..... However you run the ship and should fix this righ away and  moving forward.

Who in their right mind would invest in this currently not even knowing what we hold  ?

I am honestly feeling like "Someone" is using this for a retirement fund and honestly doesn't care about all the shareholders that have been here for 4 plus years or longer.I wasn't looking for a quick flip at any point in this, however I do feel a bit duped now that his is how the company is being ran. In the early days you were attending symposiums, attending BBN events and now it is crickets....

What can we do as shareholders ?

I feel this company and stock has potential if we go back to some very basic funndementals and communication.

Signed a very frustrated shareholder.....

We do not invest on behalf of any third party and we do not offer investment advice ...more

I'm guessing Roger is just over 60... So at what point might be decide to monetize his company and retire... ? Any one know how many shares her owns? Hopefully lots...

Looks like Over 5 million shares and 3.4M Deferred Share units (DSU's) He could play this game (pay himself a salary, options and or DSU's, and a 5% dividend) for many more years - before deciding to promote, sell his shares at higher prices, and then retire in the carribean.  If he can't find a buyer for the shares, he could always liquidate and dividend the proceeds at roughly ...more

Yes certainly he's playing the long game, and to participate you have to do the same. He has incentive to increase the nav and issue dividends, 5 percent at this price. If it's a mini diversified fund making good deals then fine... But can't expect it to trade close to nav. Results out Friday I guess.... Hoping for good news
