The company was 100% honest:

- they didn't need to raise money to drill
- they wouldn't fund below market (it was above) and the one placement participant purely a friendly
- friendlies would exercise options (they did)
- flow through will always be priced well above market (it was)

The overwhelming promise they made was they are funded and if that is my only worry then don't worry.

My integrity important too.  Plus I think I know who you are.

The only negative in the negative report a month ago was cash.  With that off the table, I could see a double from 7-15 or higher within a week as the bashers go away and we hit fair value.

Droit no one said the company lied as we do not know.  What we do know is you lied! 1.  To say they did not raise money to drill is a straight out lie of course they did!   2.  You did not say they would not fund below market you said they would never fund below .10.  Additionally, they did essentially fund below market!  Two financings were complete one at .06

I repeated what the company told me. 1. They didn't NEED to raise money.  Didn't stop them from getting extra money. 2. I expected them not to raise below $.10.  What they said is they wouldn't raise at five and only above market which is what they did. I basically parroted what they told me - you could have called them - I gave the number. I kind of wish they waited until
