The Content Of My E-mail...

The Content Of My E-mail...This is also posted on the Hudbay Stockhouse site.

I already forwarded this e-mail to Hudbay Mineral's contact site.

"Ken, I recently purchased 1.2 million shares of Rockcliff Metals. So I have skin in the game , once again!  I realize that I am taking on some considerable risk by doing so. The last time I chatted with you was years ago when the share price was much higher. I decided that the company's exploration efforts on the smaller, Snow Lake deposits, appeared to be adding nothing of significance to the share price so I sold before the price dropped even more. It was the right thing to do, as the share price has continued to drop, now almost to nothing! It is almost an untradeable investment! When I last sold, I had lost about $40 thousand on this investment, which for me, was a tragic loss of capital.

Anyway, why doesn't Rockcliff and Hudbay drill the 1 km wide deep zinc plate at Talbot and get the share price moving higher. The retail shareholders are completely baffled as to why you didn't do this years ago when the company was actively drilling at Talbot. Then you just stopped drilling, when your geophysics efforts, discovered that massive underground plate. This is a VMS deposit. Everyone knows the value that this represents!

Do you not realize that your failure to take the initiative by finish the drilling at Talbot caused irreparable damage to the company's share price?

It's not too late to rectify this error of judgement. You and Hudbay can act now! Why not test drill that plate, determine the nature of its mineralization and use down hole geophysics to determine if anything else of value lays below?

It's not enough to just proclaim that "these are tough times in the mining industry" when you know perfectly well that there is something that you can actually do, right now, to add real value to the share price!

Even a single hole successful hole drilled into that deep massive plate would add enormously potential to drive the share price higher!

Now that would be something of value, well worth promoting!

Javaman 12, has done pretty much all he can do, on the Stockhouse, Rockcliff and Hudbay forum, to promote this possibility. This has created some investor interest. A lot of people have been reading! But there can be no momentum to this interest if the necessary work at Talbot is not done! If Hudbay and Rockcliff are already making plans to bring the deposit into production then you may ignore my suggestion.

But otherwise, it would be in the best interest of shareholders to move on this issue!

I have already contacted the new VP of corporate development at CaNickel Mining, Shirley Anthony, to encourage her to contact Hudbay in regard to a lease or sale agreement with respect to their Bucky Lake mill. That ball is in her court to act unless such discussions are already underway. I made her aware of the potential at Talbot and that it might be her company's best interest to make such a call!

Shareholders of company left in this very unfortunate situation, need some pro-active shareholder working on their behalf to help get the ball rolling! Now I have done my part! It's your turn now!

Many have sat on these shares for what seems like an eternity, watching all along, with painful dismay, as their share price continued to plummet. There is no argument that the smaller deposits may offer some significant value, longer term. But for now, they have added absolutely nothing, to the share price!

There is only one thing left for you to do. And now you know what it is!

It's up to you! Good Luck! Your shareholders are depending on you to make the right decision!

                                                               All the best!

                                                  Delancey Miller, (Javaman12)
