RE:lets goThere is a lot of interest in the Snow Lake lithium space. Who cares why?
As long as the interest is there, speculation about Rockcliff's potential resources could be fueling some of the recent active purchasing at 2.5 cents.
The latest drilling results at Bur do seem to be a little late. Perhaps management already has the preliminary results available but wants to do some additional sampling of the many outcropping pegmatites at Bur to confirm that there are good grades of lithium available there to mine.
It wouldn't cost too much to pepper the region with a lot of shallow drill holes to get some significant samples. Then there would be some additional time to wait for further assays to be done.
Maybe management doesn't mind that some of the weak hands are unloading some of their shares while we all wait for the better results.
Those buying today likely to want to remain invested until the share price rises more significantly or until a potential merger or acquisition may be announced.
Lapierre would prefer if most of the penny flippers were gone. In my estimate, they haven't been doing so well recently. So they may be moving on to greener pastures.
The drilling results will have to be released, good or bad. But the timing of such a press release is up to management.
Maybe they want to get some additional funding in place before the next press release.
I would be very pleased if some miner is actively buying shares on the open market. They could be planning a takeover bid, once they accumulate a significant amount of very cheap shares!
I am very surprised that Hudbay didn't do this a long time ago. They could have gotten a lot of the company for basically peanuts.
We can only speculate for now.
Whose doing all of the new buying? Who knows?
But it could matter a lot!
All the best! Java
