72% insider/instit ownership
Kind of a strange scenario for the long term shareholders. The obvious desire is to have retail buying shares raising the share price ? With the rclf situation im not sure that is the best scenario ? Greenstone did the financing between .15-.24 cents once the black-out is lifted it is a couple clicks of a mouse for greenstone to have the share price north of their financing price thus increasing their equity.I kinda like the idea of having long-term insiders owning 80%-90% of the shares.Keeping the short term penny-flippers out of the fold may work out pretty good for the longer-term shareholdersThe upcoming p.e.a is very important the initial capex will be the big one as much of the assets can be transferred to the 2nd 3rd 4th etc. mines.HBM/RCLF talks with regards to talbot are on-going aside from the high grade cu i am sure hbm would like to process the 200000 oz of gold anyhoot should be getting interesting soon. glta

Well, if insiders own the majority, and they are hanging in there, that may signal something good for us PennyAnte traders. And so far, things do look pretty good for now.

Norvista owns around 80 million Rockcliff shares and several million Minera Alamos shares is the time to buy Norvista in my opinion.
