So Greenstone Resources LP own 132,580,000 41% of the shares of RCLF and Olive Resources own 82,925,238 25.6% of RCLF's shares So thats 215,505.238 shares of the 307 Shares these two companies own Am I wrong or is there actually only 92,113,762 available for trading.. I know the 307 million quoted deters a lot of investors but if it was 92 or 93 million this little Company might get a few more investors looking at it especially when most of their properties are in the area of The Snow Lake Mine (Lalor) If Im way off base with this please feel free to let me know . Thanks

Not off base at all. I think some dislike the large insider ownership but as these prices we are way underweight their cost. It appears to me this is positioned to be eventually sold off or JV. Those major shareholders will want an out eventually.

Okay so RCLF has 323.486,000 shares out , So these shares that Greenstone and Olive Resources owns are not included in that figure. Is that right.

They are included in total share count.

For the life of me I can not understand why these two money players are happy about this stock price. If they were not happy they would have moved to make some mgt changes. So I can only surmise is they are in the take over camp and r bidding their time.
