Stock Promotion. What's the goal?

"...Rockcliff’s Interim President and CEO Ken Lapierre commented, “Our goal is to achieve critical mass with our existing high-grade copper deposits and continue to explore our extensive property portfolio for the next big copper discovery within the world class Snow Lake mining camp. This year’s winter drill program will focus on discovery near our existing deposits at the Bur and Penex Properties. Several untested high-priority drill targets on both properties have excellent potential for discovery. Drilling has now begun at the Bur Property on targets strategically located in the hangingwall and along strike of our 5.3 million tonne, NI 43-101 Bur VMS Deposit. Discovery of new copper mineralization would significantly advance the economic potential at Bur. We look forward in enhancing our corporate profile which we hope will include exciting news to the market in this year’s winter drill program...”

For Rockcliff's shareholders, what does achieving a 'critical mass' do for the company? Is it the hope of the company to sell an individual asset or the whole company? And to whom is the company hoping to sell?

Is the company looking beyond Hudbay as a potential buyer? Do they hope one day to be a miner? Are all options on the table?

For the purpose of stock promotion, shouldn't the company offer some clarity about where it's primary focus happens to be?

Potential investors need to understand what achieving some 'critical mass' actually means.

How large a deposit at Bur does the company need to find?

Does the tonnage of ore at Bur need to be increased by a factor of two? Do they need to find over 10 million tonnes of ore for the deposit to become a more marketable project?

And how many dollars do they need to be offered as payment for such a resource?

Does their asking price, have to keep on rising as the deposit becomes, so much bigger?

Investors might like to know what price the company might be willing to accept?

What is Rockcliff's instrinsic value really worth today? Now at a $10 market cap, how much upside should we actually expect to receive in any potential buyout?

Presently valued by the market at 2.5 cents per share, should the company be willing to accept a  take out price of say 4 times, today's market price?

Is a modest 10 cents per share, a reasonable price to receive for all of Rockcliff's assets? Or should we expect to receive a much more generous offer of perhaps, say 25 cents per share?

The latter would be a substantial gain from this 2.5 cent level.

I'll bet that a lot of today's Rockcliff's shareholders, would be more than willing to accept, even the lowest offer.

Endless waiting is painful to endure. And other investments seem to be doing, so much better!

Would the company agree to a cheap takeover? If not, why not?

Would they want more? If so, then why?

Ken Lapierre doesn't feel that the company's assets should be sold, until they are fully developed!
He is the CEO and his opinion matters a lot to everyone on the Board. He has emphasized this much to me directly in an e-mail pronouncement!

"...I am not in favor of selling the assets before we realize their true potential..."

The company now has 324 million shares outstanding. If the dilution continues unabated for additional exploratory drilling, where does it stop?

More share price dilution means that all shareholders would receive a lower price for their company's assets.

And if the company chooses to go for a 10 to one roll back, then a roll back from a 2 cent level would only give the company a share value of 20 cents.

Would any shareholder feel that this would be an acceptable loss to take?

Such a low value share roll back, would most certainly, be sold quickly down again to some substantially lower level, making it a very pointless exercise and a very costly mistake.

On a more positive note, the company appears ready to start some active stock promotion, once the present Winter drilling campaign has ended and the results, made fully clear.

I would like to see Ken Lapierre on Utube, like the old CEO, Alistair Ross, who more actively promoted the company. We need a genuine question an answer session that potential retail investors would like to see! They need to be better convinced to buy!

Other company CEO's recognize the need for this, do they not? Many do constant video promotions and it's not for entertainment purposes! Why doesn't Rockcliff do the same?

Stock promotion should not only be done for the benefit of the big money players who only prefer to take part in cheap private placements.

This single minded effort of promotion may help the company survive on a short term basis.

But this kind of navel focus, does very little, to actually help, increase the share price.

Promote, also to the people, who buy their shares, on the open market!

To do otherwise, is plainly stupid!

I personally expect good news and that the company may well be on it's way to achieving its critical mass! A secondary drilling campaign at Bur and the Penex deposit will most certainly be needed to maximize the share price, wherever it finally ends up.

But the company's final share price just has to be worth, so very much more, than 2.5 cents!

Rockcliff Metals needs to promote their company, more convincingly, to those who buy, on the open market!

Today's share price is absurdly low!

Will our share price go lower, before it again trends higher?

The sellers will determine that, not the company!

                                                               All the best! Java
