RE:The ask

Martyboss, I considering trying to take out the 3 cent ask on Rockcliff, a couple of days ago. But as you know now, I figured that I needed to diversify my investments a little more in the lithiium space.

Always buy on the dips if possible. Rockcliff Metals is absurdly cheap and now, so is Foremost Lithium, especially now that they are expanding their operations into Quebec. I think that some shorters were working their shares, down in price. But that was my opportunity to move!

And as we know, with Rockcliff shareholders, there is really no way to keep anyone from re-entering another cheap, 3 cent ask, because that has already happened, many times before.

Some penny flppers, as Ken Lapierre calls them, buy shares at 2.5 cents and flip them for a small profit at 3 cents!

Hopefully this will stop at this price level, if shareholders finally decide to wait a little longer to get a better price. We just don't know if they will finally stop selling, so dam* cheaply!

Rockcliff already has the goods in the base metals space but only seems to want to market the cream of their exploration efforts, only to Hudbay. Well they may have to wait a very long time if that remains their only recourse.

In the past, Rockcliff had shown some interest in mining its own resources. But Ken has told me in no uncertain terms that Rockcliff now is now only an explorer. So I guess we can nix any of those kinds of thoughts, a least as long as he is heading up the show!

However, in the lithium space, there are many other possible suitors other than Hudbay for potential acquisitions if Rockcliff can find some significant amount of high grade lithium ore.

Ken has mentioned to me that Rockcliff is years away from well defining any substantial lithium ore body, on any of its properties. But I do hope that this Summer, the company will at least make an attempt to do some limited trenching and assaying of the outcropping pegmatites on the Bur property. If they don't act on this, well you probably would understand about what my opinion of management, would then be!

We and other potential Rockcliff shareholders or investors need to know what additional value other than copper that the Bur property, may potentially offer!

High grades are good! Low grades are worthless.

The Sail property has gold and lithium potential but I am unaware of any outcropping pegmatites on that property so it will have to be fully drilled after any necessary geophysics has been done.

Drilling is expensive so I don't know how far the company will get this Summer with its eastern regional, exploration efforts.

We haven't heard anything about any new drilling at Pennex. And since it is now March, I wonder if it is even going to happen this year.

I just don't know what the present trail conditions are like. Rockcliff has no control over acts of God or mother nature. And no further drilling this Winter, would save on any additional capital expenditures that might be re-directed elsewhere, later this Summer.

Anyway, Martyboss, thanks for your efforts at driving up the price. As for me, for now all my money's spent!
