RE:RE:RE:The market is just not interested.........

Rockcliff Metals seems to be run primarily for the benefit of the company's corporate insiders. These companies are Greenstone Resources and Olive Resource Capital, who together own 67.7% of Rockcliff Metals.

Olive Resource Capital appears to be the old 'Novista group' as far as can seen by their holdings, which appear to be much the same as those that they held in the past.

These financial groups are longer term investors who have the time and patience needed to fully realize the potential of their investments. And they are not going to sell them, before they have realized some very signficant gains.

So Rockcliff Metals is the kind of investment for those in the retail sector who have the patience to wait just as long, as these same corporate insiders.

Retail and other investors consist of about 32% of the company.

See page 18 of Rockcliff's powerpoint presentation:

Bur remains the present focus for Rockcliff Metals because it is already a high tonnage copper and zinc deposit with the expectation that is will soon become much bigger with additional drilling results.

Since it is so proximal to Hudbay's Snow Lake milling infrastructure, Rockcliff management may feel that this location is the best place to start in its stated objective of building a critical mass for its known 43-101 deposits.

Copperman has demonstrated good drilling results but is too early in its development to spend more new money on it just yet.

Talbot and Tower remain too far away. Transportation costs mean that Hudbay might rather choose to mine its own satellite deposits first. Bur is close enough to its milling sites that it might offer some appeal as the next reasonable mine to develop once Lalor's ore nears exhaustion.

Pennex remains a real unknown!  And it may hold some  significant surprises, once it is actually drilled!

Apparently, Rockcliff management has decided, perhaps due to lack of available funds, to let it go for now and continue to focus on Bur, where it may get its 'best bang for the buck' in the nearer term.

Later, they may return to explore at Pennex? But who knows for sure and when? They are not going to tell us right now.

The retail market is just not interested in Rockcliff Metals. That is most obvious!

It appears that the only interested buyers of Rockcliff shares, may actually be, only the ones, already holding them!

It may be that Rockcliff management has no intention of doing any significant amount of stock promotion to the retail sector.

Perhaps they simply do not care!

They seem to be more interested in appealing to the bigger money market players. These are the kind that may appear at mining conferences and trade shows.

But the competition for dollars there is fierce!

Maybe Red Cloud may also help connect with those similar kind of astute financial minds?

                                                Who knows! Time will tell!

                                                      All the best! Java

Yes Sir  the no interest part is spot on , why the big sell off today, has news on very poor assays been leaked  to a certain few. Has the time come for the rollback . Considering the numbers tradesd on a daily basis 651.3 hundred thousand is a lot of shares for RCLF to trade in one day. Something must be up , a lot of dumping went on today.
