If the information was confidential enough that it mattered then why can they still continue on with the Catalytic converter business.

Also, it talks about disclosing confidential information.  You make a substantial leap in saying that they are using the ETI formula.  If they were using the formula then I would suspect that ETI would have gotten everything they asked for whcih they didnt.

We obviously see things completely differently so I am going to be quite now.
