RE:RE: lawsuit with Envirometal

RE:RE: lawsuit with EnvirometalI'm not sure it's that cut and dried, O-T. In speaking with both Company's, they believe that they have a strong case and they are confident, should the matter go to trial. Having said that, neither Company can afford the legal fees and court costs of a long, drawn out legal battle. At the end of the day, common sense will prevail and the law suit will be dropped or settled. It may cost RGX a few bucks, (think of it as an annoyance fee), but RGX in particular needs this resolved once and for all, to remove the cloud hanging over the Company, as it moves towards a completed commercial plant and production. On a separate note, nice to see both the volume and share price pick up today. Was this the start of liftoff, as buyers came in to pick up shares prior to the IB distribution...or yet another fake? We shouldn't have to wait too long for our answer. GLTUA.
