Email the iron bull guys yourself and see if the private placement is still open. I've done so and got my answer. Not saying I don't believe in the tech or the direction, but the iron bull distribution has been fumbled completely. Discussion boards are for just that, discussion. Some real sensitive types here that only want to talk about positives than realistically evaluating whats good and bad. Management needs to be held accountable.
