RE:Some back ground

RE:Some back ground
Therancher, I get the impression that Purdy is very dedicated to making this work, but maybe he does not have enough technical knowledge, and he is not getting enough support from the people around him.  The endless delays are cause for concern.  It seems like they need better business leadership in addition to better technical expertise with the chemical process.  Are you still convinced they can make this process work?

Another concern I have is that even if they do get the process working, they are going to need to run it with regular factory workers.  They are not going to have chemists on every shift.  Maybe some of this process can be automated to make it easier to run.
