RE:Something to think about

RE:Something to think aboutTalked to Greg P. today. Mostly got vague answers.

I said: 1 yr. ago you said no more R/O. here we are again doing a R/O how do I know we'll not do more?

Greg: I planned on doing something else but that fell through.

I said: Does any of R/O money go to Mod #2?

Greg: R/O $ for about the next 200 days goes to keeping RGX going and chemicals and feedstock.

I asked: Why can't a NDA pay for some cost, they seem to like what RGX is doing?

Greg: It's not the right time to ask them.

I asked: What are the NDA's intentions with RGX?

Greg: I have no idea what NDA's plans are with RGX, we don't talk about that.

I'm saying here, then why on CEO.CA @ 21 Oct 2023, 13:32, did Greg say in @Justintruelyes post,

"Yes the infrastructure is in place on both sides!!! I’m not going do like some people do on here and argue about ……..one ton of what ……..or 21 billion of what because ……it don matter Billy!!!! The numbers are huge and the margins got an automatic increase by the cost of feedstock dropping more than in half.  If Pendura got his hand slapped for giving out the $200,000,000 @ 20% number two years ago, where do you think we are at now???  Kinda makes one’s head spin actually!!!!!  No wonder GP was grinning like a donkey eating thistles when he said, we have big plans for them and they have big plans for us” !!!!! "

I saw Greg say this in a video. I looked but couldn't find it. this is the best proof I found. So was Greg saying the truth to me on the phone or when he said the NDA has big plans for us, (RGX) in the video?

I asked: How is Mod #2 going to be paid for?

Greg: We're going to use a kind of a loan. (in about 200 days from now)

I asked: Will it be dilutive?

Greg: No.

I asked: What kind of loan is it?

Greg: I can't say. But they need to see the numbers. or the proof of the money generated from the RGX company before they will give RGX the loan.

I'm saying here: OK, now what if RGX can't show the proof of numbers to get the loan before the money from the R/O runs out?? Do another R/O?
Why can't Greg say anything more about the loan? Who? What company?

I called Greg back to ask what if the loan falls through? Do you have a 2nd plan? Greg never called back. Bet he's on the phone alot with alot of stuff going on with the company. I was happy to have some time to ask Greg some questions to find out what my money is doing and how much I'll lose if things do not go well.
