Schwab won't do Rights Offering in the USA. Not goodTalked to Schwab. Said can't do R/O. I told this to Greg. He emailed usefull info that I gave to Schwab. They called me back. Said "We can do R/O but shares end as restricted shares." I said then you can't do it. Can't trade restricted shares. I asked Schwab, did you email Computershare in Canada? Greg gave me their (2) emails that I gave to Schwab. Schwab, No. Me, Why? Schwab, "We don't negotiate" Then I emailed Regenx's Don Weatherbe about what Schwab said to me.No answer back to me from Don W.
Bottom line. I have 3 Million RGXTF shares now. After the R/O I will have 1.5 Million of my shares ripped away from me. Gone. Now I see them, then I don't. USA people are able to BUY Canada shares...BUT we cannot be in the R/O. But Canada CAN take 1/2 of all our USA shares.
I just had thousands of dollars ripped from my hands.
It is not like I do not want to be in the R/O, I tried and I told I can't. Period.
How is this even fair to USA people????
