Those Cehegin drilling permits. I and no other shareholder want to hear that 'they are virtually signed except for the ink on the paper" or " they are moving forward as all papers have been accepted , just a matter of going through governmental beauocracy" Enough is enough . Whatever it takes, get those bloody papers signed and give the shareholders a news release. Other than having to publish intentions in Cehegin newspapers for a month a little while ago, the drilling permits have been in limbo for many years. Tourism is down 70 per cent in Spain and the unemployment rate is sky-high. Time to sit in the right office for as long as it takes to use a 20 cent BIC pen to put a little scribble on some paper. Or maybe, sign it virtually. I guess the only positve is.... someone is buying  a lot of shares at 3.5 to 4 cents. So I would assume they would think the share price after consolidation is at least 7 to 9 cents. glta

You don't happen to be an investor, instead you're just some mixed up perennial whiner specializing in logical fallacies who doesn't realize he isn't the master of the universe. If you are truly bright enough to know how to get the government to act faster then present your proposal to MWX. Just owning shares didn't give you the IQ to be an investor.

LOL, I love the perennial whiner part. I figured you were dropped on your head a few two many times. Actually shareholders have presented options to management regarding the happenings in Spain. Some very constructive options. But.......my dear friend, no worries,  I still love you, and I will see you tonight. Until later..

Eunice, it's little wonder that none of your posts ever get a thumbs up. These bullboards are a place where shareholders come to express their thoughts, opinions and ideas on Companies, their potential and sometimes their Management. You don't have to agree with those opinions, but that doesn't make them any less valid or valuable to other readers. Instead of attacking posters ...more

Ummm, the valueless post was bailey claiming that he can get a government approval faster than mwx mgmt, even though he has never been involved with the process so has no clue. As far as thumbs up, who but a fool like you would pay attention to that silly thumb? It's just another SH creation for fools like you and your buddies to feel good after you up thumb each other's dumb ideas.

I really do feel sorry for you, my friend Eunice. It is pretty obvious that at some point  you have had a very rough troubled life. And that is why you lash out at anyone and everyone. Please inbox me, and perhaps I can use my connections to get you the help you need. Just always remember, God loves you.

Well that didn't take long. ;) Here was me challenging you to provide meaningful constructive opinions on the Company and instead, you focused your diatribe on "a fool like me". Come on man...I put it on a tee for you. You can do better than that. I rest my case. Enjoy the rest of your night Eunice. The thumbs up on your last post was from me...SH and I both wanted you to feel good ...more

You're the only fool that looks at thumbs, likely since you have one stuck up yours. btw I love rancher's posts especially when he trips himself up and reveals he depends on my posts so doesn't have me on ignore like he claims to do time after time whenever I point out his stupid ideas. He can't spell but he claimed here that he has written books. More interesting though is how ...more

Back to the subject in question - whether to execute the rights or not...  I don't think anyone here has the slam-dunk answer.  I too am unsure what to do, but we do have a bit more time to consider. I know that I am not selling my current shares.  I suspect this stock will either go to zero or will go up by multiples, and this year is probably the pivotal year.  To me, it ...more

Thanks to BGC I found this link for US holders of MWX.  This is a link to the instructions and the exempt purchaser status certifcate.  I believe this is what you sign and turn into your brokerage.  https://www.mineworx.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Mineworx-Letter-to-Ineligible-Shareholders-US-HOLDERS-Jan-2021-R1.pdf what concers me is the language contained in the instructions ...more

BGC, it is certainly normal to feel negative about MWX. i agree with your assessment of the situation. The CC recycling is no slam dunk. On the positive side, there is ample feedstock to conduct this experiment. And a willing partner, in Davis. I believe that any partnership with ETI to build ewaste plants is over. I would like to see Mineworx sell their 20 per cent stake in the Surrey plant once ...more
